MX472 New printer problems

Just bought a MX472 and having issues.

1) I no longer have a Print button on the print screen when I try to print an email from xfinity. It only gives me the options of Save or Cancel.  

2) I can't get it to scan.

3) I may have messed up the wireless settings.

My immediate issue is with scanning. The errors I get from ScanGear are error codes 5, 157 and 69. HELP!

Sounds like maybe your printer didn't install correctly. You can download and install latest software here, and there is also a Wireless Help selection.
