Hi Vintage,
To best assist you additional information is needed. Please print the printer's network configuration page. This will provide information about the printer's communication iwht the network. Click HERE for information on printing this page. Once this page is printed, please locate and document the following information:
SSID: (ensure this is your network name)
Signal Strength (preferably higher than 80%)
IPv4 IP Address (should start with either 192, 172, or 10)
In the event that the signal strength is less than 80%, you may want to power cycle your network router by unplugging the power for approximately 30 seconds. It typically takes 2 minutes for the network to return to full functionality. After the network is back up, attempt to perform the scan again. Reply with your results.
