My printer works wirelessly from my Win10 PC, but when I try to register it to Google Cloud Print, it says it cannot connect to the internet. I've heard this is an issue, but I would have thought that at the very least, the printer would connect to the internet.
Welcome help and apologize if this is a duplicate. Couldn't find a matching answer.
Thanks.

Hello.
If the unit is able to be used on your local network without any errors, the issue may be related to a firewall or protection setting.
To use the Cloud services with the printer on the intranet, please open Port 5222 (both on the PCs and the router/firewall). Please review the documentation for your firewall programs or your router to see how you can open the TCP/UDP port used for Cloud communication.
