MG5420 has been on the home network and working fine for weeks. All of a sudden, cannot print wirelessly. Here are the facts as they stand:
- Nothing has changed on the network from when everything was working fine.
- WLAN is enabled, active, at 80% signal strength
- The printer shows up in my router Client list. My MAC filter is usually disabled, but when I enable it and view the list, I can see it there.
- there is no other security I am aware of, as noted, it was working fine and nothing has changed.
- All 3 PCs (all Win7) hooked up to it have the exact same inability to connect - so I do not think it is a driver issue
- I have disabled the LAN DRX setting, to no avail.
- I *can* print when I hook up via USB, another sign that the drivers are fine.
So, PCs are on the network, and have the drivers installed. Printer is on the same network, permissioned appropriately.
When I try to get the printer status, I get "printer not responding"... and in the IJ Network tool I get "there are ports that cannot be used with their current settings" - but there is only the one port in use, which of course I cannot access to change.
Port CNBJNP_180CACCD0C00.... which aligns to the default printer name of CD0C00000000.
What is my next step here?
