MG5320 Wireless Issues

I am able to print wireless from MS Office.  However, whenever I try to print from the web or any other program I get the error message "printer is offline" and it won't print unless I plug in the USB cable.  Can anyone shed some light on this issue for me please?  I've tried everything to correct and am at my wits end.

Hello kmcroton.

Before you attempt to print from other programs, please check to make sure that the MG5320 is selected.  It may be possible that a different printer has been chosen as the default.
