MG3670 cannot connect to the internet

I've recently changed my internet router and tried to setup network again on the Canon PRINT app. But after selecting my router/wifi name, it did not prompt the password and goes back to the 'Search for available printers" home page.

I have tried to restart my printer etc several times but to no avail.

Appreciate any help! Thank you!

The printer has a 2.4Ghz wireless radio and supports WPA2 / AES encryption.  Please ensure you network meets these requirements.

Connection tips:

If applicable, wireless connection set up mode must be enabled

If you are using a dual or tri-band router that uses the same SSID name for all broadcasts, it might be helpful to temporarily disable 5Ghz (and other) broadcasts while a connection is made.  You can also give each network a unique name.

If you are using a computer for set up and its running 3rd party AV, these applications have been known to cause detection issues.  

Re-running the printer's set up utility is the preferred method of reconfiguring the printer's wireless settings, SSID name and password.
