MG3650s not appearing on the 'Register Printer Screen' for mobile app setup

Owned the MG3650s for approx 3 years and have recently changed my ISP

I have managed to reconnect the printer using WPS, meaning I can print from my mobile and laptops.

My problem is connecting the printer to the Android app 'Canon PRINT' so I can use the scan functionality

I have followed various guidelines, turned things on and off again, disabled the 5G Wireless with no luck.

Using the linked tutorial, the process fails at point 12 'If the Register Printer screen appears, wait for your printer to appear on the screen, then tap it'

My printer is not appearing!

Does anybody have any suggestions?
