Hi

Hope someone can help.

I have the printer set up for wireless connection.

I have a desktop, operating Windows 10. When I print for here, it works pefectly.

I also have a laptop, operating on Windows 10, and when I print from here, it prints painfully slow.,

I have run the IJ network tool on both.

Both giove me the same result of Signal strength 83 and link of 100

The two computers are about the same distance from the router.

Any ideas??

Hi robroy,

 

There may be too many programs running in the background causing this to occur.  Please close those programs and attempt to print.
