I am sure I am not the first - but I have never been able to connect this printer to my network. I can çonnect'to the router via WPS, all the lights flashing as per instructions but when I come to print - it shows as off line. The printer works fine on USB but I have never been able to use airprint or even see the device from either an iphone 6 or an ipad air.
I use Trend Micro Security but that is not the barrier. I have tried using the install CD and it gets part way through transferring drivers via USB conneciton then fails. My PC is a 64 bit machine.
What is the secret?
