Hi,
Apologies if this is the wrong "location" but unsure where it fits.
I've been using the MF724Cdw for a few years now without issues however recently we've changed PC/Laptops (x64 based) and decided to go straight into Windows 11 24H2 now that it is officially released.
The only drivers available for the printer/scanner is still v4.803 released Dec-2021.
On installing these, it finds the device (network) and installs it fine along with the scanner.
The MF Scan Utility however does not detect the scanner despite it clearly showing the Scanner along with its ser_ in the top right.
Printer itself works fine, toner status works fine, it is simply anything to do with the scanner.
Observations: After installing the driver, device manager has it under Imaging Devices but in a stopped status. I have manually started this but no luck,
So back to the subject, are Canon not supporting this device any longer in any version of Windows 11 from 24H2 onward?
Thanks
