I am trying to set up the "scan to email" function. I checked the user's guide, and seems like I first need to know the network settings. But it asks my System ID and PIN. I don't recall I set one up. How can I find it, or, re-set it?

Welcome to The Canon Forums!
The default System ID and Pin from the factory is 7654321. If the number does not work for the System ID and Pin, you have changed it. You will need to contact our support representives via telephone to set it back to factory default. Our support is available at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) Monday-Friday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm ET, excluding holidays.
