I can scan using the MF Scan Utility just fine, but if I try to scan using the printer's own touch screen menu, I select Scan then Computer - I get "Connect to a Computer". It used to show my computer as an option there and I would select it and it would scan just fine, but I have had to remove and reacquire the printer a few times because it kept showing as "offline". I have now fixed that problem with a static IP address. But now I can't scan to my computer without using MF Scan Utility.
So, how can I make this printer see my computer from the touch screen printer interface?
