Device: Canon MF5750. these are items I see after attempting to download a printer driver off the canon site. I am at the manual install select driver step. The official Canon driver tool seems designed for windows 8. I am on windows 10. There seems to be support for win10 from Canon's page, but it certainly isn't plug and play. Nothing recognizes upon connection or attempt to add a device (printers).
Not alone, many others left hanging asking same questions. What does the printer driver file name look like?
