MAXIFY MB2320 How do you reset the printer connection after changing router?

I changed my router and password and now can't access the printer (via wifi). How do I reset the printer connection? When I use the connection utility it wants my admin password, which I don't have.

I have the same issue, and have been trying to reach ANYONE to answer this question.  Support pages say to use default ID if 7654321 and the same for PIN, but this does NOT work!!!

Hi there,

I can offer some clarification for you.

That default ID is not intended to re-establish a wireless connection to a router, it is the default system management id, which is different. For establishing a wireless connection to a new router, or if you changed your router's info you should just have to go through the wireless setup on the printer itself again.

If you are being asked for a system management id and pin and the default is not working that means you may have set it up previously and forgotten. If that's the case, you will have to call to speak to a representative for assistance for security reasons.

The setup requires connecting the printer to the computer via cable. Is that necessary for a simple router change? On the printer, there is a wifi icon with a red X over it. When I press it, I get a window that says "change LAN", followed by WiFi, LAN, AP, and Disable LAN. When I press WiFi I get a window that says "Setting the following" Change LAN Wireless LAN active. Then it returns to the "Change LAN" screen. This gets me nowhere. By the way, when I connected with a cable, the printer functioned.
