I have 5 Canon printers. Some are GX7000 series and others GX6000 series. We have had them for more than a year functioning just fine. Yesterday the problem started. If the printer and the pc are on 2 different network, I can not print, i.o.w. if the printer is on the LAN and the laptop on WiFi, the printer shows OFFLINE. I can ping the LAN printer from a WiFi connected laptop. I can connect to the printer via a web browser. Laptop OS is Win10/11

Thanks for joining the conversation, John21!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer models you're using. The exact model number on each of your printers should appear on the front of the unit at the lower right, just below the word "MAXIFY." That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!

Canon GX6040 and GX7040 are on LAN, laptops on the WiFi can't print to them. The same laptops, using the same WiFi AP, can print to a Canon iR717 in the same office.
