Hi, I just bought an LBP6030w and I did exactly every step in the setup tutorials. It connects to wifi and USB everything is fine. But when I press print pdf or docs file it just shows it is printing but won't do anything. I need help.

Thanks.

Greetings ,

Using two connection methods simultaneously on the same computer will cause printing issues.  You need to pick one interface and stick with it.  Even if you disconnect one afterwards, it's possible for the operating system to try and use the wrong connection to send print jobs to the device.  It's easily correctable, but should be addressed for reliability.

A USB connection is most useful for single computer environments or ones that don't offer network connectivity.  If wireless is available, it offers the most convenience and flexibility because it allows any device connecting to the same network to print.

We can provide further suggestions once you decide which method you want to use.

hello, thanks for replying. When i bought the printer, I immediately use the USB way and try to print. And when I pressed test print it just showed that its in "queue" and never completed it. Then I tried to connect the printer to Wifi and tried to print with it and when its all set. My computer just shows this even tho I tried to install the driver multiple times.

Greetings,

The error messages appears to indicate no drivers for the printer are installed.

You can download drivers here:

What I suggest is that you remove the printer from your computer.  If its connected via USBm disconnect that cable as well.

Now restart.  <<Important

Then run the installation package for your printer and operating system.  DO NOT connect the device until prompted to do so.  Again, decide on one type of connection before you start.

EDIT - Spelling correction
