imagePROGRAF PRO-300 drivers say they're not compatible

I recently purchased a Lenovo laptop with 32Ram.  I have been trying to download the drivers for my Image PROGRAF Pro 300 printer and I am not having much luck. For some reason it the driver will not load. The error message I get is that it is not compatible with my computer however, when i look at the system requirements, i am in compliance. Any suggestions?
