I have a MG3222 that I cannot get connected to my wifi. Keep getting E21 message.

I have gone through all the set up steps several times as well as reset/unplugged both the printer and router a few times but keep getting the E21 message. What am I missing?

The E21 means that there was an error with the network setup.  At what point do you see this message?

What version of Windows or Mac are you using?
