Hi there
My new G6040 refuses to connect to my WiFi network which is a mesh network of 3 access points with a password. When I use the Android app it can see the printer's own WiFi point but when it tries to connect the printer to the network it fails.
Anyone else have this problem and solved it maybe?
Thanks

Greetings,
The G6040 supports 2.4Ghz wireless.
If your mesh system is dual or tri-band and using "SMART Connect" a single SSID (network name) for all 2 or 3 broadcasts (2.4/ 5G) the printer might have difficulty connecting to the 2.4Ghz broadcast.
To resolve disable SMART Connect and give each of your networks a separate SSID name. Connect the printer to the 2.4Ghz broadcast.
