G3270 vs Windows 11-Driver

I just purchased the G3270 and have been trying to download it onto my laptop which is a HP Omnibook.  The system is telling me that the driver is unavailable due to the laptop not supporting the software due to ARM processing.  Not sure what this mean and who do I contact.

It means your computer has an ARM processor, not an Intel or AMD processor.  Drivers that work with Intel or AMDs may not work with ARMs.

The problem is, Canon and likely other makers have not created ARM-compatible drivers yet. You should express your wish that they would hurry it up. To Canon Corporation, which this forum is not.
