Driver is not as described for imageCLASS MF746Cdw

Boolie

When I tried to installed the driver after downloading, I get the error message that is it not 64 bit.  However, the Canon driver site description states it is 64 bit.  Could you please verify and advise?  Here is the screen shot.

Operating system: Windows 11 (new Microsoft Surface 13)

It correctly detected by the site.

Thank you.

Hi Boolie,

Your device has an ARM based processor. The setup software is designed for Intel or AMD based systems.

Please see this article which applies to MF series printers as well.

Are you sure your Surface has a 64-bit processor and not a Snapdragon or ARM processor?

If you need help getting it setup, don't hesitate to reach out to support at 1-800-OK-CANON (800-652-2666).
