Direct print formats for ImageClass laser printers!

Am I missing something or can text files not be printed?  The only options I saw were Image, PDF and  PS file formats.  That seems very strange.  The printer is an LBP6670dn.  Thank you!

No, you are correct.  Direct print supports PDF, TIFF, JPEG, PS, or EPS file formats for printing without the printer driver or opening the files.  Other file formats may be printed properly from a supported application and using the printer driver.
