I need help with wireless printer connection.  I can't find a contact number and the website is no help.  There is supposed to be a video to watch for the wirless connection.  The link just goes to the mone page of the web site.  Unhappy customer.

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly what model printer you're using (it's usually on the top or front of the unit), any error messages you're seeing, and the Computer Operating System you're using (Windows Vista/7/8/10 or macOS 10.x), as well as the way you connect to your device (USB or WiFi).

Do we have a timeline when the site will be back up and running? I run a small business and can't afford another day not being able to print documents. Will have to return.

For Canon U.S.A.'s laser printers (ImageCLASS, FAXPHONE, etc.), the online manuals may be reached through the following link: https://oip.manual.canon/

If updated drivers are needed, such as for Mac OS 10.15, in the mean time, you may be able to find compatible drivers through Canon Canada's support site:  https://canon.ca/en/Contact-Support/Consumer with MF series printers being listed within the main ImageCLASS family.

We're working hard to restore the Canon U.S.A. website.  We do not have a timeline for when it will be back up.

MY new printer is Canon Color ImageCLASS LBP622Cdw; I'm using a Mac OS Catalina ver 10.15.6.  On installing Iget Up to where you enter the password Key and the keypad won't let me enter a zero which is in the password.
