I am having a strange problem with my printer. It is connected to my network, it has an IPv4 address. The printer's display shows that it is connected to my network. However, it does not appear on my network.
I restarted my printer a few times and rebooted my laptop, still not able to find my printer. I removed the printer and tried to add it back, I could not find it through "add printer" from my laptop which used to work. I connect it to my laptop with a USB cord and still cannot print.

Greetings ,
What operating system version and build are you using the printer with?
Are you using any third-party antivirus software?
What is the brand and model of your network hardware?
The printer requires a 2.4 GHz broadcast that uses WPA2 encryption.
A few simple tests to confirm connectivity:
Login to the routers admin portal and review the list of attached devices. You should see the printer's name and the IP address the router has assigned.
Can you ping this IP address from a command prompt?
Using a web browser. If you enter that IP address into the address bar and press enter, does the printers web server/ remote UI display?
I'll await your reply 😉

I tried connect the printer use either Mac or Windows, none of them worked
MacBook Pro MacOS Sequoia version 15.7.3
Windows 11
I have no 3rd party antivirus software
I use Xfinity's router, I do see the printer is connected with connection type 2.4GHz WIFI. I was able to ping the printer's IP from a terminal, but the remote UI could not come up.

Okay, let's just focus on the Windows machine at this time.
What is the IP address of the Windows computer?
What is the IP address assigned to the printer?
In the below examples, the IP address of my printer is 192.168.1.99.
To confirm, when you ping the IP address of the printer from a command prompt you get replies?
When you enter the IP address of the printer in a web browser, what displays?
You should see both.
