We have a new wifi provider, TMobile, and we cannot get our printer to connect to the wifi since we switched.

Greetings,
Sorry you are having issues. If you'd like help, you will need to provide more information:
What you tried (steps), what you observed (error messages, failures, etc).
OS you are using the printer with, and any other information you believe might be relevant.
The printer has a 2.4Ghz radio and will only connect to 2.4Ghz wireless broadcasts. If the new router is dual or tri band 2.4/5G and all networks are using the same name, the printer might have issues connecting initially. To resolve, you can try temporarily disabling the 5G broadcast until the printer connects, then re-enable.
