Canon Print app asking for password

Hi I have just unboxed my printer and I set up the app. I trying to use the app to copy something and it is asking for a password. I used the serial number on the back of my printer and that isn’t working. Can you please help??

Also curious to hear which model. I've not heard of a Canon print app requiring a password to scan or copy.
