I have windows 10 64 bit and have used the wireless scan function without issue for years, Now, The printer connects wirelessly and prints documnets BUT the quick menu scan options are now blank and the IJ network scanner utility simply does not open.
I tried reinstalling the drives dowloaded from Canon but at the end of the install the message after selecting wireless lan, is it can not find the netwrok BUT it prints wirelessly at the same time as it says it can not connect.
Please Help?
