Hello I have a Canon Pixma MX432 that I was using with USB cable but then changed the settings so I could use wireless but after I did that every time I want to print something it says is offline even if the power is on and is wireless. I have had to uninstalled it in the last month about 6 or 7 times, last time I did was Sunday so I decided to now turn it off to see if that will hel but I still have the same problem. What Can I do? Do I need a new printer?

Hi Wenly5,
We can reset the printer settings, then reinstall the printer again using the latest drivers from the Canon USA website to see if this will resolve the issue. So we can provide applicable instruction, please reply with what operating system is on your computer (version of Windows or Mac OS X).
We look forward to hearing from you!
