Background:
- imageCLASS MF455dw
- Not working with Android and iOS
- Using canon PRINT app
- Were printing successfully until now. No settings were changed
- PRINT app shows printer with correct IP
- PRINT app says printer is offline even though printer is on the network and can be pinged
- Can still print using a PC with Windows
- Everything has been rebooted and still fails
