Canon MG6220. Ethernet port not getting link. No link shows on printer or switch

Canon MG6220. Ethernet port not getting link. No link shows on printer or switch. Changed cable, port on switch and unplugged power and reconnected but still no link shows. Nothing changed, just stopped working. Any ideas?

Try to plug that same switch port and cable into something, and see if that works properly.  If it works properly with something else, then the port on the printer has failed.  It should light up, though, many ports do light up even if the device is turned off because it shows network activity.

Thanks, tried my appletv and it linked up immediately so it must be printer failure
