Our office has a Canon iR-ADV 7580 which has Airprint capabilities. I worked on this 8 months ago and saw the printer on my phone briefly, but that was it and it never came back.
We're making a push to get it working again. I followed trhe settings from Canon on activating AirPrint and I had all the required fields filled out. I restarted the printer and it still doesn't appear on my phone.
I'm wondering if there is some sort of prerequisite that needs to be setup. Is Wi-Fi required and do I have properly configured?
Any help resolving this would be much appreciated.

If you don't have a dealer and you're in the United States, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers in your area.
If you're outside the USA, visit http://global.canon and choose your country or region from the map for local support.
