This is the scenario: I take a photo with my S7 Edge. Then I zoom in on that photo and take a screenshot. When I try to print the screenshot I get the following message:
"no displayable images error. cannot display. there are no images in supported data formats."
The actual picture prints fine but thescreenshot of the picture will not print.
Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I believe screenshots are saved as PNG files and the print app is looking for a jpeg file.

John, thank you for the info. That makes sense. I guess my next research project is to find out if I can make them jpeg instead of png.
