I have a brand new GX 1020. Using the Canon print app I have connected it to wifi and have done a firmware update. When I try to connect either an iPad or iphone to it, it appears to properly connect. I then try to print from either device and I can initially choose the printer. Then my phone attempts or "gather printer information" and after about 5 seconds, the print screen reverts to "no printer selected". I can repeat the process, but I am never able to successfully print. Is these some setting that isn't correct?
