Recently we swapped out our T-MOBILE gateway and have tried adding our Cannon pixma printer back on the network, I created a second access with 2.4 GHz setting, I've used reset all under the reset controls, the printer will display the access and tries to join, but then times out, and can't see the Gateway. I have noticed it does not prompt for the new password, it appears it could be looking for the old password from the old Gateway, is there a way to reset to a new password?

Thanks for joining the conversation, jjllamkin!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using. We have two PIXMA printers with the number 7520 in their name, so please let us know whether you have the PIXMA MG7520 or the PIXMA TR7520. That and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!

I can ping the printer IP from my laptop, and tried adding it as a Windows printer, it added but is showing disconnected?
