Hello, I just joined the community because previous canon print app worked fine but this new version prints larger than what I choose. I print greeting cards. I use letter size 8.5x11 to print two a2 cards. I had no problem with printing from the older version of this app from my ipad but with new version is printing larger.
On the app, I choose 8.5x11 letter and also from the canon 200 pro, I choose letter. All the image from the preview (while it’s printing on the CANON PRINT app) also shows that the image is all fit it in letter size.
any advise would be appreciated. I have been wasting so many papers to try to see why it’s not working like the older version app. Helpppp
