C-5235 Imagewriter-Installed New Modem now can not see IP Address on the network

Canon C-5235 Image Writer in office

Canon has been wired and connected to the network

Installed new modem in office

The Canon reports its IP address in settings.

No where on the network is that IP address

No computer printer setup can find that IP address

What do I do to find the machine on the network?
