Hello! We understand you need to reconnect your Canon PIXMA printer to a new Wi-Fi network after ATT changed your network.
You can reinstall the software to re-pair your printer. Get it from https://ij.start.canon/ts3722

If reinstalling the software doesn't automatically pair your printer, you'll have to manually re-pair it. Here's how:

  1. Enter Setup Mode: On the printer's control panel, press the Setup button.
  2. Wireless LAN Setup: Use the arrow keys to navigate to Wireless LAN setup, then press OK.
  3. Select Your Network: The printer will scan for available networks. Select your new network (the one provided by ATT) and press OK.
  4. Enter Password: Enter the password for your new Wi-Fi network. Use the arrow keys to input the characters, then press OK.
  5. Confirmation: The printer will attempt to connect to the network. Once connected, a confirmation message will appear.

Greetings,

Wanted to add the following to my colleagues reply.  Take a look at the side or the bottom of your AT&T router.  There should be a sticker black or yellow that has the device's access code as well as the pre-configured networks.  2.4 and 5G.  If the networks aren't there, you can use a web browser to log in and check it.  Copy the access code from the sticker. You'll need that to log in.

The IP address of the AT&T router will be 192.168.1.254

You'll need the access code to view its settings.

There you can confirm that both 2.4 and 5G networks exist.  If you like you can also give them friendly, meaningful names, set the encryption type and set their passwords to your preference.  Note, the printer requires a 2.4 GHz broadcast that uses WPA2 encryption.  🙂
