A little help please...
I have been using windows live photo gallery to download files from my SX50 to my laptop for several years without issue. Recently Canon upgraded my camera to a SX60 and now when I try to download files, windows says there is a corruption in a file and deletes all files in the folder and doesn't download anything. I have checked for upgrades to the program. The only thing I could find was a missing filetype (.cr2) My laptop is running win7
Has anyone encountered a similar issue and any fixes or ideas? Also is there a better alternative program to manage my pictures?
