s100 lens error

how do I get my s100 repaired with the lens error?  I have one of the serial numbers that Canon says is defective, thanks

You should read the advisory carefully. It may be that the problem needs to occur before they will do anythiing. But they are saying they will correct it even after it's out of warranty.
