Any device that would activate a remote shutter release using usb or hdmi cable?

Canon does not list any remote shutter accessories for the SX600 on their website or in the owner's manual. I could not find one from other manufacturers either. Typically, the higher end cameras are the ones with remote shutter capabilities, such as the G Series, and the DSLR's. I would suggest using the timer for now, and perhaps someome may have a setup that would work for you.
