image is not supported

I have a IPhone 7 Plus and a Canon SC530 HS. When I try to download my videos to the app it showing the image is not supported . Please let me know how I can resolve the issue . My phone is updated and my app is updated . I recently installed about 3 days ago.

Thank you for posting.

Please ensure that the app you use to play back movies, from your PowerShot SX530 HS, is compatible with the MP4 movies.  You're already using a compatible app, I recommend trying a second app.
