Hello, anybody there? Now after spending HOURS trying to access the canon image gateway, I see that many other people are having the same problem. AND that the cgi is currently offline for service. AND that canon does not bother informing their customers of a supposedly temporary outage. Does canon not realize that this is a major customer service issue affecting many people that are now currently very pissed about their lost time and being treated very rudely by canon? I think we should all immediately return our cameras. Then maybe they would get it.
