Hello All,
My SX710 can't remember the time anymore. Previous Canon cameras I have owned had a small watch cell type battery to maintain the real time clock. I can't find any such battery on this camera.
Is it hidden from me or is it locked up inside the body and inaccessible?
Thanks for you help,

Hi Stumbleinn
Yes, this kind of coin cell battery would not be accessible on a camera this small, and some models use a capacitor instead and the capacitor itself may have died. I believe the only way to resolve this would be repair.
