Hello,
I just got the PowerShot V1 and am having issues with the audio being out of sync with the video. I am using the A+ setting and have tried both 4K and 1080, and it happens in both settings. The audio is about 9 to 10 frames behind the video.
I am new to this type of camera, but I would assume using the basic settings should work properly. I am using a SanDisk 256GB Extreme PRO SDXC UHS II memory card, C10, U3, V60, 6K, 4K UHD.
Is this just a defective camera? I am pretty disappointed at this point since I have spent hours looking for an answer. I am hoping to get some guidance on how to resolve this, otherwise it will be getting sent back.
Thanks.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues.
How are you playing the video?
Does this issue occur when you play the video in the camera?

It turns out it was my headphones, which I always use. I happened to copy a video over and listened to it without the headphones, and it was not out of sync. Which is weird because I have no issues with GoPro footage or iPhone, so I didn’t even think it could be the headset.

Wired headphones or wireless (Bluetooth)? Bluetooth could definitely introduce some latency. Though as you said, works with footage from other devices. Maybe the issue is codec-dependent somehow?
