PowerShot SX740 HS Manual Needed

I have just bought a Powershot sx740hs. I cannot find a manual on the Canon website. It claims to have the manuals "below" but these are just tips and adverts. I know one exists, I have seen them elsewhere on the web but they want money. 

Why does Canon make it so difficult to find a user manual? It doesn't make sense.
