Won’t turn on. The battery is fully charged I think because it is green when I plug it in but the camera will not open or turn on at all. I didn’t spill or drop it at all. Unsure how to fix.
Do you have another battery to try? A ten-year-old battery can do funny things, like showing a full charge but not really being charged. It may not be charging at all.
