PowerShot SX70 HS - Advanced User Guide - Is there an HTML version?

I just purchased a PowerShot SX70 HS. I downloaded the Advanced User Guide, which is a pdf. The introduction implies that there are icons that link to things like top of page, previous page, next page, and "tips". However, the guide is a pdf and has no actual links. Canon doesn't offer an HTML version of the manual that I am aware of.  The .PDF version isn't that big and is still searchable.

My older copy of the SX70 User Guide has functional navigation links.
