My canon keeps on getting stuck on the “Canon” screen and frozen. Everytime I turn it on it does this and the lenses comes out to a different point each time. I have to remove the battery and SIM card to reset. It won’t go any further so I can’t take pictures. Bought a few months ago from B&H photos-already had to send in for a repair previously due to a lense issue. On holiday again and it’s ruined my trip. Any fast fixes or ideas?

Sounds like a recurring lens error or firmware glitch. Try a full power cycle: remove battery and SD card, wait 30 seconds, reinsert and restart. If that fails, a factory reset or professional repair may be needed.
