Almost brand new and my camera fell into the sand after a gust of wind blew over the tripod. I presume a grain of sand got stuck in the lens and now I'm getting a lens error message every time I turn it on. I took it to a camera repari shop in San Diego and they basically told me that Canon isnt making this camera nymore (huh?) and that the part is extremely hard to find... lol. I don't really believe this because this is a trending camera. Does anyone have a camera shop in San Diego that could fix it? Or an online store I can ship it to? I already tried following a handful of YouTube videos to fix it and nothing has helped. Thanks!
