PowerShot A2300 No option for flash for every picture

Cannon power-shot A2300 HD no option to choose flash for every picture. I can only choose Auto flash or flash off. Any tips please are welcome.

Do you have the manual for the camera? Look here for it:

If the camera is set in AUTO mode, it probably limits the flash options. Switch to PROGRAM mode. and see if more flash options are there.
